Ruby, a Lakota Sioux, and Chipa, who was of French and Indian descent, were soon married and founded Rolling Thunder Enterprises together.
Their daughter Cecilia was born, not just into the family, but into the life and culture embraced by Rolling Thunder Enterprises.
Ruby and Cecilia have worked side by side with Chipa in all phases of special event marketing and programming.
